The old man, Morrie, has become dumb and his old friend has become deaf by the time.. Morrie was interviewed for a TV show where he was questioned "What would you do if you meet your old friend?".
“We will hold hands,” Morrie said. “And there’ll be a lot of love passing between us. We’ve had thirty-five years of friendship. You don’t need speech or hearing to feel that.”I love these lines..

Hey, If u remember my first post on 'Detached!', it was derived after reading this book.. u can see some phrase similarites.. nice u started with this kinda book.. rather than the usual routine of nancydrew-sherlockholmes-sidneysheldon style ;) :) it being a small and light book, apt choice for a starter.

Hmmm ya.... nice book ka.. I liked many things in it.. his struggle and his thoughts on life!! Amazing!!
And ya.. went thru ur post once more.. I cud remember many lines taken from that..
And reading books.. Chumma padichchaen.. I dont think i'll continue this habit.. And again.. Ur recommendation.. "Atlas Shrugged!".. Should think abt it.. I wudnt be able to decipher everything told in that.. ;)
